The $10 cocktails were a hidden gem too. Rather refreshing.

SATURDAY. WHAT A DAY. where do I start. i was so lucky I got to see Harmonia and Silver Apples...i grew up on that shit and NEVER thought I'd see i'd get to see it live...even without a drummer Apples still killed it... For guys in their 70's they sure as heck still have it... gotta love Krautrock.... wish Kluster played though :-( i was in awe of the awesome analog gear they were using, Apples set up was INSANE... Dead Meadows were also a highlight... a surprise package if you will... Beaches are one of the most overrated bands this country has ever seen/heard, terrible. it didnt help that the mix was down right horrendous. Spiritualised, well, they can fuck right off... I'm sorry they just down right offended me... I saw Rowland on the advice of a friend... and really dug it... what was with the sheet music though? ha! FUCK BUTTONS. wow. just wow. REALLY wish I saw these guys at OAF.... oh and don't forget Little Creatures ON TAP.... loved saturday so damn much I just backed up again on the Sunday and watched bands whos sets I only caught a glimpse of... best. festival. ever.
