I'm writing apology letters for shit I did when I was manic...this is difficult. One in particular. I'm not sure how well it will be received & am anxious that their reaction may be hostile & that may trigger me to fall again. I have to try though...its part of my drug & alcohol dependence program...plus I need some peace of mind.

The only help I could offer is ''get help''. I started with my GP & went from there. Sober now for over 7 months. If you are thinking of hurting yourself or others then that sounds like more than just the drink...like I said, go see your GP & be honest with them.

& for the record, training was a breeze compared to the ironman itself...that was torture, satisfying torture..but torture none the less.

Ironman isn't ridiculous....just loads of good, clean fun, for very small values of ''fun''.

Yes...somebody should stay up all night writing some. ;)
