i saw the second hot tub sesh that frank was talking about and i think the main reason it even happened was because someone needed to trick those hippies into bathing.

when i saw this i got kinda mad, i'm thinking why bother get all these kid's hopes up for no reason? i remember reading an artical in citylife a couple years back explaining why the owner [cima's furniture owner] had abandoned the restoration project but left the property defunct. the construction costs had skyrocketed way over budget. and, if i remember correctly there was some really weird clause that stated something along the lines of him being required to maintain ownership of the property for a pretty long time. i.e. no selling the place until after 2010. HOWEVER i do smoke a lot of pot and i could have just made all of it up in my brain.

in other news: i noticed recently that both the warmsprings/eastern and charleston/maryland pkwy cima's furniture locations have CLOSED.
