spencer, while i take supplements i have never done anabolics or hgh due to the high price and risks (changes in bone density, thickening of the heart chambers, balding, liver tumors and depression just to name a few...)

my next fight may be march 8th at the las vegas sports park on the strip. i may be replacing an injured james horne but it is not for certain yet.

as far as gyms first id have to promote my own gym ''striking unlimited''. the muay thai coach is kongnapa lumpa, a 3 time radjamnern stadium champion. the jiu jitsu coach is non other than ex ufc heavyweight champion and current contender frank mir. boxing is taken care of by ken adams who has trained 12 world champions including the likes of dieggo corrales etc. and shawn who is ranked 5th in the nation in amatuer. there are other trainers as well and it has a very friendly vibe. i used to teach muay thai but now i only do private lessons and help with other fighters.

if hardcore jiujitsu is your thing def. cobra kai is the place to be, but it is pretty rough and it isnt the most inviting of places. but youll train with the likes of joe daddy stevenson, kendall grove and rude boy.

master toddy also does a very good job of teaching muay thai but prices are high and i feel it has become marketed to making money more than producing fighters as of late.

xtreme couture is a great school for ground fighting and wrestling but it is expensive.

theres also LA boxing which has a great muay thai instructor in shawn yarborough and their boxing trainer barry is also david tuas.

one kick nicks is also a good muay thai gym and more fighting oriented than some of the others out there.

fasi sucks and is a rip off.

i really do think striking unlimited is a good bet for learning all around skills. it has everything from beginners to amatuers to pro ufc fighters and boxers. the prices are reasonable and everyone leaves their egos at the door. if your interested stop in, im usually there mon-friday 530-8 pm and sat 12-3 pm. like i said its a great gym, top of the line with a full octagon throwdown cage, fairtex boxing ring, 20+bags and weights. classes offered are kids mma, cardio kickboxing, muay thai, boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling and mma. from beg. to professional. even canada rob makes an appearance every now and then. it is located on teneya and lake mead next to wild oates. get at me if your interested in any other information.
