I think the first step for any of you is to stop drinking alcohol. I don't say that lightly. It's incredible how much it affects you in a negative way. I know the music scene goes hand-in-hand with pubs and bars and getting wasted is fun, but really, the answer to feeling a lot better is most likely right under your nose.
