I kinda agree on Brody's wife being miscast but funnily enough they recast that role:

''We had very little time. You have to understand that we were under the gun from the very beginning, because we recast the role of Jessica. The original woman was Laura Fraser, who was lovely. She was also English, Laura Fraser, and she played the role in a very soulful, kind of wounded way, and it was very effective, but it was very heavy. And because Brody was heavy, and Claire was heavy, and Saul was heavy, there was a sense that we needed sort of a more vibrant, sexual personality, which is why we ultimately cast the role with Morena [Baccarin].''

As much as those around the club (including many supporters) deny it Broich is severely missed. The proof in the pudding was when they played him centrally in McKay's role at the start of the season and struggled (even though they remained undefeated). When he moved back to his role from last season playmaking from the left, but popping up centrally too, it made all the difference. Nichols looks lost without him, Paartalu doesn't distribute nearly as well. Berisha lacks service. The fullbacks don't seem to bomb forward nearly as much.

Anyway, Teeboy Kamara due to debut for Adelaide at 15 years of age. Brillaint story. Looked the real deal for the Joeys and has been tearing it up in the NYL from all reports.

As a Leeds supporter I really hoped the Brum would go through to the next round, so they'd continue to underperform in the league, but also to see a Championship side in the knockout stages would have been funny. They've a quality squad and think without the midweek games they'll rocket up the table and get promoted now. As well as Redmond, young Kiwi Chris Wood that they have on loan from West Brom is a brilliant talent too.

Still sad about GBV but there's sooo much goodness. Contemplating doing London I'll Be Your Mirror or Lisbon Primavera too to make up for the inevitable multitude of clashes.

Meredith set was amazing. I was left in a wonderful drunken state of not knowing what was going on but I liked it. Wish I had have known about the Workers Club show. Hopefully another tour sooon.
