Perth’s post-rock protagonists 11th He Reaches London have set March 28th 2009 for the national release of ‘Hollow By My Name,’ their highly anticipated second album. In celebration of the release the band will scream through the country for a string of dates throughout May.

“Hollow Be My Name,” is the band’s most accomplished effort yet and their first release for maverick Perth based label Good Cop Bad Cop Records (Sugar Army, Kill Teen Angst, Harlequin League). While the band’s previous efforts drew upon post-hardcore, post-rock, indie, metal and screamo, ‘Hollow Be My Name’ shows the band taking a more direct and restrained, yet more experimental approach, with prog, folk, doom, country and rock elements coming into force.

Themes of government, God and father figures are laid to waste over the course of the 60 minute record, by relentless aggression, torment, hopelessness and sorrow. These sentiments are delivered meticulously by an onslaught of trio-guitars and a driving rhythm section, complemented by keys, synthesizer and banjo.

Be prepared to die slowly at the hands of 11th He Reaches London at the following venues this May:
