Sri Lankan chicken curry

We had a pipe burst at our place this morning, water gushing out so I had to turn the water off, which means we have no water to shower/flush toilets/drink etc.

REA so unhelpful, I've called her 4 times, emailed her 3 times, receptionist said it's not an emergency so they wont' approve it, our REA is in meetings all day so won't be able to help until tomorrow.

After pulling out the tenancy act from Consumer Affairs about how this situtation is considered an urgent request then it needs to be fixed, receptionist said that it can only be approved by our REA, I asked her if she was on holidays this week who would I need to speak to, who she finally put me through to.

Every other request has taken over a month to fix (problems I fix I fix myself), so was happy to get this sorted today, rather than wait until at least next week.

I was of the same thought, when I worked there it was the most horrible experience, but when your'e not working you can enjoy it a little more, get a little festive, throw your hands in the air when your nag gets past the post first
