Listen to freaks, she knows what she's talking about! Also, the living room stays amazingly cool in summer, which is great for watching non-stop DVD marathons while eating icecream out of the tub. Er, not that I'd know anything about that.
It's an 'upstairs/downstairs' unit (i.e. downstairs is living/dining/etc, upstairs is bedrooms/bathroom/balcony).

I know, it's a bit scary, really! I looked at the local rents, just to see what the going rate was, and you can't get two bedrooms (flat or house) for less than $320 now, it seems.
