Ko Ket gets small amount of this ARSEHOLE on a seasonal basis, usually right about now. Mine goes hand in glove with a bit of hay-fever. For me, the trigger is cheese and beer, so diet - but I love both so, yeah. I use Celestone (?) ointment, expired 2008! It does the trick...
