scanner, mac thread.

i have a problem (yes yes, don't we all).

i recently became owner of a canoscan lide 50, something i will be using for some photoshopping of drawn art. now! i was told the scanner was compatible, so i am assuming that it has something to do with my inability to ''mac''.

i have installed a driver & tried a third party driver, it is still telling me that my mac ''failed to locate a driver''.

any help would be great.

i blame wolfmother for petrol prices.

what is the go with this ''home'' application ive been hearing about for a good year or so now?

my playstation 3 is not playing any games. frustrating really, considering the recent purchase of gta iv.

how am i to go on violent homocidal rages if the darn thing will not work?
