Federal Government told the Academy on Wednesday (via fax) that they would not be receving funding to run the Academy in 2009.
Absolute disgrace.
So, they can spend $214 million on sport but not $2 million on Australia's top classical music hub??

- Hamish Blake doesn't need Andy Lee, Hamish should just go solo as a comedian.
- Gwen Stefani is the best thing to happen to Top 40 music in a loong time.
- interested persons get far too confused between an oboe and a bassoon, for my liking.
