there's plenty of meat-free stuff to choose from which is great, but...

the basics are still missing. food took at least 45 mins to arrive, which would have been ok if our starter arrived before our mains (as you would expect). but instead we got a couple of mains (which were lukewarm-to-cold, not hot), then our starter, then the last main. this was at 7pm when the pub was still pretty sparsely populated, not in the middle of a rush.

i figured these hiccups would be resolved after a few months of opening, but we've had these exact same issues the few previous times we've been. it's a shame, because if the food lived up to the promise of the menu it'd be one of the best food-pubs in Melb, especially for veg-types.
