well, turns out it's 3.8km. and i did it in 17:20. prob a bad idea to start at the bottom of that big hill on the girls school side.
should be able to knock a minute off that next time.
thanks spoddles.
hmm... sounds ''good''.
thats further than what i thought it was. might have to start stretching now.
i'm doing my first run around the 'Tan. what is a ''good'' time around it? and what is the distance?
i'm doing 2 laps with friends that are a little slower, so i figure i'll pump out a quick first one, and jog the second.
for friday i means
anyone know set times?
they had all the finals off, plus 2 weeks, and then they'll have a few weeks over xmas.
thats more than enough.
i read an article about melbourne's ''early'' resumption. it's a good idea. would make their pre-season less harsh, but may increase chance of mental fatigue toward end of season.
won't be a problem for melbourne really, though.
''i ung it on me wall''
