Woohoo! I have been PROVISIONALLY been given license to sublet a kitchen to make my muesli. How crap is this though - even though the restaurant I will use has paid the annual Food Registration OHS fee I have to pay it too.

At the moment I am locking heads with the local council about subletting a restaurant to bake my own muesli (cant do home kitchend for Food Hygiene reasons). They are desperately trying to throw red tape on it but can't pinpoint anything legally wrong with the idea.

Here I am trying to start a business that will help the local economy and the Man is still in there trying to grind me down.
