this is pretty amazing. Who would name their child Talula Does the Hula From Hawaii?

Superchunk

The re-issued re-mastered Here's Where The Strings Come In come with bonus acoustic demos of a few of the songs on the album including Yeah, It's Beautiful Here Too. It's great.

I am still loving Majesty Shredding from last year, if Popfrenzy can bring out Times New Viking and Marnie Stern a tour would seem highly likely.

I think they are playing the Battle ATP in the UK or that could be Archers of Loaf.

I am purring like the cat that ate the canary, I was just wondering that's all.

And if Eric is coming and I saw them I would be pissed off if they didn't play Elixir is Zog or Telecosmic Alchemy,

It doesn't make sense that its a Bakesale/Harmacy tour as Eric Gaffney doesn't have any songs on either of those albums. Bubble & Scrape was reissued 2 years ago and that was when they started touring again.

Superchunk as much as I want them to come would be highly unlikely as they are sporadic tourers at best in the UK the week prior. The Twilight Sad would be killer and either Hummingbirds or Falling Joys for the Australian 90's nostalgia act. Tim Rogers to do the Paul Kelly/Neil Finn thing.

Tooheys Extra Dry should be relabeled Tooheys Extra Desert Mouth because thats how you feel the next day.

New venue - Thornbury

I went there and one of the owners was wandering around like a drunken spastic. My house mates went there another night and there was a psyche band who were apparently good but you could hear them from the train lines and were far too loud.
