sorry Frogs. tips? um well I went alright in 2009 / 2010 with 9 and 11 tracks respectively.

I would just write lyrics everywhere, on the bus, on the train on the way to work and stuff. Then get home from work Crack a beer and get straight into it.

Spend 1 night 'writing' the song and then the next night - retracking all the parts that needed to be re-tracked.

Weekends I'd start off the day writing something new. until i hit a brickwall then load up one of the earlier songs and start mixing it.

Didn't that Volcano album come out ages ago? why can' ti hear it anyway. damn.

might have to buy it - but dunno where in UK. might be in Rough Trade I guess. (in UK) its not up on Spotify or Bandcamp although the 2009 EP is on both:
