Woah woah woah! The Stops is one of my fave songs of 'Leaders'! Mind you, haven't heard 'McGreggor', it might be great, but don't go dumping on the stops!

Communal fridge would be good columbo, although I'd worry about constant complaints of bands having their beer stolen etc. Hmm...might be ways around that though.

Adam, yeah, parking at midian is a joke. Then when you've finally managed to load in you're rewarded with a room that smells and looks like a junkie just ODed in their 5 minutes prior to your arrival. Good times!

I'll definitely have fans and ideally aircon. Don't worry, you're preaching to the converted on the topic of unventilated rehearsal rooms. Even in winter, all it takes is one manky fart and that's 20 minutes of downtime while the room has to be vacated.
