We had Hillbong and his lovely lady over at our house for a bbq yesterday afternoon, cooking and dinking in the sun..sigh i wish i could be doing that today.

I made a gluten free, sultana free, yummy muesli ..with pepitas, sunflower seeds, linseed, macadamias, hazelnuts, puffed buckwheat, puffed millet, dried cranberries, dried apple and dried apricots, toasted with golden syrup yesterday for my sister's birthday.. i had some of the leftovers for breakfast today and phwoar! yum and healthy!.. next time i might add more cinnamon and maybe use maple syrup instead of golden syrup for the toasting..
