We are also celebrating Jeremy's Birthday on the night...looks like I'll be the one driving. ;-(

Where's Jerome are making the road trip down to Melbourne again, like always we anticipate the arrival as we love Melbourne and all it's beaut cafes and restaurants. Can't wait for dinner, Friday night! Yum! the best!

Anyway Where's Jerome have two shows with some wonderful bands. On the Friday 2nd @ The Old Bar The Sophistcants are actually having their CD Launch.

On the Saturday the 3rd, it's going to be cool playing at The Espy again! Might even eat at The Espy kitchen again by the sea!

OK...just a question, should a reviewer be a music lover with no knowledge of songwriting and someone who has never picked up an instrument and just loves and buys copious amounts of records or somebody who has some experience with a guitar, maybe a musician, somebody who knows the structure of a chord, somebody a little more educated in the ways of songwriting...

What I'm asking is would it make a difference to the review if the reviewer was educated in music or just someone with no technical music knowledge except that he/she loves music?

I just want to shake them and say ''What planet are you from???'' ;-)

it's just you don't like people missing the point...

I don't understand when reviewers don't get sarcasm and irony in songs and think the musician is actually serious. Or when something is intended with obvious humour be it dry or whatever and it just goes over their heads.

Oh...Trock...toga wearing days, now let me see I might be able to find those pics of Trock and Looch sans toga somewhere on my computer...;-)
