wouldn't be surprised.
the oven in my new house is reasonably new, but it is shithouse.
EVERY time i cook a cake, it's never properly done at the proper time, so i have to cover the cake with foil and keep it in there for a further 20 mins or so.
EVERY TIME.
i hate my new oven.

haven't done a roast in it yet, and not looking forward to it.

i've found she's fine with this, and much prefer it to other recipe books that tell you to cook the shit out of meat, i guess so they don't get in trouble...

always go by her times when i do pork and lamb roasts.
