fuck, did anyone else see Lateline just now???

TJ was just talking on the phone to an australian guy who's stuck in an Oberoi hotel room. apparently he's spent the last few hours curled up in a ball with pillows all around him and the door barricaded and just trying to be as quiet as possible.

you could hear gunshots every few minutes and the poor guy saying fuck under his breath immediately after.

did anyone else hear on the radio this morning that there is a problem with rochford wineries hosting events? apparently the shire have said they are overdoing their capacity for numbers of people allowed and so concerts may be cancelled. noooo!!!

this is possibly the funniest thing i have ever seen.

last weekend i drank heavily with a bunch of friends, throughout which we all disciplined one another to imbibe plenty of water throughout the boozing marathon.

extraordinarily, after all the drinking and only 5 hours' sleep i felt only mildly tired the following day. honestly, not a dash of a hangover, and i had to work which is a pretty tight barometer.

i seem to remember learning this beautiful wisdom once before but then forgetting it again. but you know, you can drink your arse off and not suffer the devastating consequences as long as you down a litre of H2O for every 3 or 4 std. drinks.
