I write to urge you to strongly consider approving the change of use permit for Wooly Bully.

This is a really niche business that has a very strong community attached to it. In my opinion they are doing a fantastic job at adding a much needed string of diversity to the errol street strip.

Having been a resident of North Melbourne for the past 6 years I've watched the whole street slowly evolve and diversify. The guys that run the shop are both lovely and the addition of comics and records really help make it a destination for international visitors.

The odd instore show that they do with a visiting band is always kept low in volume and limited to about a show every 2 months.

Melbourne needs more places like this.

Yep, But I was never going to buy that anyway.

the only advice I can give is to get the top of the line model if you don't want bugs and performance issues. I know people who bought cheap 'smart phones' that are far from smart.

I managed to pick up 2 more awards, the Cinema Nova award for 'Best Potential for Theatrical Distribution' $1000 cash and a screening at the Nova and the Film Victoria award 'Best Masters By Coursework' $1000 cash...

So I'm pretty happy with that. I'll probably sink about half of that back into festival entries now.

It also screens at ACMI on Fri 16th at 5pm and Sat 17th at 7.15pm if you want to see it. PROGRAM C as part of the VCA showcase.
