FFS, you're all so quick to damn.

Anyway, it's a fee and 10 copies of the CD to enter, a further 40 if you're long-listed, and a further 30 if you're shortlisted.
Here's a list of everyone who entered.

p.s. go Adalita!

Have only seen this article from AFR, which is behind a paywall, but here's the text:

Private equity firm Crescent Capital is believed to have lost as much as $50 million on its investment in Australian Music Group, owner of the Allens Music and Billy Hyde music store franchises.
Australian Music Group (AMG), which operates 32 stores around the country, is understood to be on the brink of receivership. Crescent Capital owned 72 per cent of AMG before selling its stake late last year. The company, which has as much $60 million of debt on its books, recorded earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation of just $480,000 in the 2011 financial year.
Crescent's financier, National Australia Bank, also stands to lose as much as $50 million. The bank will assume AMG's $60 million debt but hopes to recover at least $10 million from selling the company's inventory of musical instruments, estimated to be worth $20 million.
NAB is understood to be looking for a wholesale buyer of the inventory among major retailers. Possible homes for the inventory may include JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and Good Guys. NAB is expected to decide next week whether the keep the business going or put it into receivership. It will be a significant loss for Crescent, which has funds under management of about $750 million.

The Chords tour rumours!
(because Wikipedia is such an accurate source of info)

''In August 2010, The Chords went back on the road with their original line-up, promoting the single, ''Another Thing Coming'', and playing gigs across the UK. They will also tour Australia and Japan in 2012.''
