M+N's Lunchbox series continued with our first double header at 1000 ₤ Bend in Melbourne's CBD on April 23. Performing in The Bend's exhibition space were Lost Animal (aka Jarrod Quarrell of St Helens and New Season fame) and Sydney's Circle Pit, who played songs from their debut album Bruise Constellation.

Its a very frustrating situation... i will vote largely on this issue.

Who is opposed to it?
Im getting the distinct impression that everyone (media, polis on all sides, general population) are very pro filter...

who do i vote for?
usually there is a very noisy opposition to an issue, but apparently not on this one!?

just got back from the vet. Kitten is riddled with worms and is severely malnourished. Apparently it looks likes its eaten something bad. They have to put it down, i left the neighbours a note because the vet said that would be helpful. They have her drugged up till they can get onto the owners. so sad.

yeah i'll do that, I'm sure its a situation the vets deal with often.

your right slr, i do feel pretty strongly when it comes to this sort of thing. i would be a bit more understanding if i didnt have to look at their poor little dog everytime i do the dishes.

I spose. not having a cat is a conscious decision i have made, i don't agree with all the wildlife they kill, so if i had one it would have to be an indoors cat. But then i hate that cat wee smell. but this little fellow is changing my mind. I cant bring myself to give it back to them. I'll leave it up to the vet, if she is micro chipped then thats that, if not then i guess it is up for adoption.

Our dickhead bogan neighbours let their little kitten have the run of the street. my partner has just found it in the bushes out the front of our house, it looks like it has been hit by a car.

About to take it to the vets, im not going to tell the neighbours. is this the right thing to do? they have a little dog that they keep on a little chain in the yard no matter what the weather, its surrounded by car shells.

Im so angry, its a lovely little kitten who just wants to be close to people, it runs up to you everytime you walk down the street, and now its sitting here covered in dirt and cant walk.
