if i knew what was missing, it wouldnt be so bad, i imagine. i do have friends, but i dont call too often. im a hermit. they dont really understand. ive been meaning to see my psych, but i havent been able to get it together. ive tried various anti-dep meds. the last 2 induced seizures. the others just made me more fucked up. this has been going on for so long, i dont know the other side. or what 'the source' is. its just foggy. in a way, i feel somewhat the maker of my own demise.

i havent left the house for 2 weeks now. not a foot outside the door. very hard to get out of bed. not enough sleep. not enough sun. i look like a junkie. people are relying on me. theres pressure. i have a band thats expected to 'do things'. havent been to my doctor in months, or seen my psychologist in months. tried meds, not good. but i need to take some for my epilepsy. ive had the black dog since it was a puppy, years, but now its grown so big. bigger than me. im starting to losing control. only the anonymity of the net lets me talk real.
