Although the gluten in most muesli can fuck up your gut lining as gluten in gluten containing foods/beverages will.

Most folks with gluten intolerance don't even realise that's what it making them feel unwell. Feeling tired and lethargic, especially after eating is an indicator.

Try gluten-free products instead - it's a pretty well catered for diet choice/necessity these days.

Also, a good substitute for sugar is rice malt. It's liquid and has a lower GI and will sweeten your tea/coffee just fine!
