So he is going to add more shows right? The Regent Theatre one has been sold out for over a month.

Unfortunately they don't fit in our city loop tunnels.

The organizers are hoping for 15,000-20,000 at the festival and they are encouraging us to travel by train. but they are only putting on two extra trains after the festival and a Metro train holds about 800 people - it does sound slightly dubious.

Surely it's a sign of good ticket sales in Melbourne if they are allowing a Flaming Lips sideshow. Unless they are already lining up substitute shows...

I agree streetwalkin. He seemed to be on autopilot this tour. Plus the chemistry with the fiddle player was non-existent. He needs to get bring the band out and get back on the blow/booze again.

In Melbourne Gaslight are on a double bill with Social Distortion for a decent price so that certainly helps.
