Heard a few of their songs. They are nice. The lead singer used to be in a black flagesque band called last lights. His full name is dominic owen mallary. Pitchfork wouldnt let you know that though.

Havent heard a bad track from this band. I have nothing but love for them.

they've been in the news for the past 5 years or so. the herald sun would occassionally write about them but never released the family name. The son getting shot was big news for a few days. And i guess noneabove if you deal in these kind of things(criminal activity) you have to expect the vultures to hover.

noneabove: yeah if you read the age articles it explains it. Basically a long running family feud between the haddaras and the chaouks. Tit for tat shootings and a suicide by cop in the mix.
