I like how HEB used real brackets. ahhh brackets I remember using brackets and practising doing them all nice and sweet and they are cool and it always made me sad when the bracket was simplified and it was ok to use a basic bracket withut the shape and form of a true bracket. But this was in the days before fonts and type faces and whatnot and I was but a child learning the mechanics of what a bracket could do how it could inform or delianate or subject a thought to or induce a sub-orbital plane to the thinking and so I practised the bracket and carefully scribed it in an essay or a prone peice of writing and was always careful not to use it because the act of drawing it was inspiring with it's aethetic gait as it tailored the page to other actions and I feared the masters that could frown at a non perfect bracket and so handwriting was careful and we wrote something out once and then we carefully transcribed it again and I loved using a pen and I had a papermate in grade 6 and it was a beautiful ink and slender with weight and a gold clip a beautiful thing it was stolen and a parker was cheap and everywhere there were parker pens everywhere with pure steel or ones with the lower half in a blue or red with a steel top and they were nice pens but the papermate all slender and so american like a missile from the 50s straight and uniform with shape I would look at that papermate in steel and gold and wonder. oh well.

I spoke with ET in emails. He reads here and knew about me which I found really cool haha.... He is a wise guy and I like him heaps, but I don't think he'd bother being so pushy about this shit. Why bother? It just seems this guy is about nagging about nothing. Really Inactivist said it all, it aint that hard is it? why bother nagging here about it. Just do something and find your way dude..whatever.

hmm I dunno I really liked yoshimi battles the pink robots, and mogwai happy songs for happy people (even tho people say others of theirs are better) and the live belle and sebastian album and dungen whatever was good and also deerhoof one of their albums I loved and I dunno there is prolly heaps more I haven't heard. I liked living with war by neil real dumb stoner vibe with heart..great..and other stuff. can't remember. more than the 90s anyway.

I have reams and ream of poetry and books of written poetry and thoughts on cigarette packets and essays shoved in locked trunks and dictums sent to people in high places that were acted upon and I travelled in the highest art circles and the lowest slums and dumps and wandered the world and lived in the madness of inspiration and stARVED FOR FOOD AND WROTE POETRY AND POETRY AND songs and songs and feared them and was scorned and feared what I wrote and it was AND IS THE BEST AND MOST DIFFICULT AND CONFRONTING AND FEARfUL AND DESPERATe and consuming and insulting and degrading and most beautiful and conceptually insane life one could lead, and it was never ever a life that was conceited or a life that was planned or a life that was carefully etched and sorted and organised and safe.

I have a novel in my case from 1994 I shelved. (24) I wrote my guts out for the last six years in song, spilling it all over the world. I don't give a shit for money mate. it was an honour to serve. fool.

I'm 18 thousand words into a novel in 3 days.
