That's true - exercise does make me feel better, when I do it.

I think I do need to see someone. I've really avoided it for a long time because of a friend who I have a love/hate relationship with... His parents are both psychologists and he though that gave him carte blanche to diagnose the fuck out of my mind. Had a bit of an issue with shrinks ever since. Not a fan. But I think I finally need to bite the bullet and see one. There's some shit that's finally going resally, really well in my life - and I should be over the fucking moon, yet I still get to the point (so often) where I just think ''Fuck it, there really, really is no point to all of this''.

I'm fed up with cringing at my life.

I really need to stop drinking. Every time I do recently, I fantasise about hurting myself or other people. I've really grown to hate everything about humanity - everything that we pass off as a quirk or idiosyncrasy I think is reason enough for us all to be destroyed. I'm not usually one for hyperbole... But seriously, fuck us all. Starting with me. Help.
