Im happy to pay for the carpet cleaning. I understand that's part of my duty as a tennant. But its just this landlord is a disorganised fucktard.

So I moved out of a place two weeks ago. I had an email from the landlord saying the owner was to replace the carpets and not to get them cleaned.

Today I get a call saying I have to organise carpet cleaning. This is after I have handed in the keys, and disconnected all the utilities.

Fucking ridiculous.
