Get em off their duff and start writing ... Perhaps send them a polite well worded message with a few topic ideas, or maybe take a look at their Photo to the left and suggest an existing topic to get involved in based on the colours, animals or red nekkidness. Or simply move on quietly and do nothing. It's always up to you !!

All About Me

Well, it all started when a sentinel being from a planet 5000 light years from earth made a joke: Q: Why did humans invent writing? A: So they could remember what their instincts are. The other alien who heard this joke did not laugh and made a bet. ''I bet you I can create a human who can write with instinct,” it said. ''Ok, you're on,” said the other alien ''But only if the creature truly suffers for his art'' ''Oh, he will suffer I promise you'' it replied. So out of an outback Australian swamp spewed Jonathan Byron, and he grew into a man and survived in the desert by eating possum and finch soup. Years later, the young man moved to a mystical city called Melbourne, and there he began his apprenticeship in writing music and poetry, and finally music reviews. Today he likes to call himself a part-time journalist, and this amuses the aliens, to no end. Did alien no 1 lose the bet? Maybe only Jonathan can answer that.
