for the record, I loooove Clockcleaner records!! I still haven't heard The Hassler LP in it's entirety, that's a regret, if anyone can help me pm me asap! They were AMAZING at Louies and Oxford Arts!! The strobe lights were a fun idea!! They are the best band to dance to, second to Naked on the Vague! They had a great sound, who cares if they cite Australian 80s bands as an influence it's not like they do it to a T, why does everyone describe them as just ''this noisy band''. And John Sharkey was funny, I don't care how much of a contrived dick you want to make him out to be, everyone embarasses themselves but if EVERYONE cared about THAT then it wouldn't be half as much of a poetic world to live in and that would be the one threataning factor to push me into apathy. I like to suspect he was thinking of Bobby Soxx. Why is everyone so negative! Go listen to Eddy Current indie borez and pretend there is an ''energetic tension'' or whatever when you talk about them...
