Currently opening for Silverchair, eccentric pop combo Dappled Cities (pictured) will next team up Red Riders, themselves coming off gigs with The Vines, for a joint national tour in June. Both bands are following up well-received 2006 discs – Dappled’s Granddance and Red Riders’ Replica Replica – and the playing order on the “Break Your Necks” Tour will be decided by a coin toss each evening, with local supports setting the stage in each state.
