With her second album, What The Sea Wants, The Sea Will Have, shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize and an extensive rural tour currently underway, Sydney singer-songwriter Sarah Blasko has now announced a national tour of capital cities for April. The theatre shows will see Blasko backed by an eight-piece chamber ensemble, adding strings, flutes and horns to her live sound, with the group playing two sets in an extended performance that sees her doing without an opening act (so don’t get there fashionably late). The shows will also feature nightly special guests in each city and the dates in full are:
