Mess+Noise is pleased to premiere Montero’s brand new clip for ‘Adriana’. The song is taken from Bjenny and company’s forthcoming album, Xenides, a song cycle about the life and times of Adriana Xenides. Xenides was recorded by Montero and Robert Bravington at Bobby Brave Studios, and will out through Mistletone in early 2013.
‘Adriana’ is a typically lush piece of post-10CC overstatement, with synths, horns and vocal harmonies underpinning Montero’s professions of love. The film clip doesn’t seem to share any thematic connection to the former Wheel Of Fortune letter-spinner, though, focussing instead on wool, face-paint and the joys of combing one’s hair in a picturesque rural setting.

fair enough
It's great
Sure to get a few Connan Mockasin and Ariel Pink comparisons....but it compares favourably.
But where is Adriana? Is her eternal legacy represented by the ageless wind-hewn boulders?
I like it!
I can't stop listening to this song
It's great, I don't know why but I'm getting a double fantasy vibe
It's because you saw great user reviews of it on AdultStore.com.au, Mr Memory Loss.
