Lanie Lane has a new clip out for ‘That’s What You Get (For Falling In Love With A Cowboy’, the last song written and recorded for debut album To The Horses.
Shot by Josh Logue (Little Red, Empire of The Sun) at Lane’s favourite Sydney boozer Shady Pines, the film clip sees the rather winsome Lane tormenting the titular cowboy, riding a mechanical bull, and getting around in a pair of rhinestone-studded short-shorts. Except for the short-shorts, the clip is a reasonably faithful representation of the song, in which Lane plays a swaggering, countrified agony aunt. After wrapping up her [national tour](/news/43283060 this Friday, Lane (and her short-shorts) can next be seen performing at Golden Plains 2012.
