The 2010 Mess+Noise Readers Poll is officially open. You can now cast your vote in the usual categories – Best Album, Best New-ish Act, Best Comeback and Best Live Band – but for the first time readers will also be able to weigh in on a subject very close to M+N’s heart: Controversy of the Year.
To vote, simply click here and follow the prompts. Voting closes on December 14, with the results announced on M+N that same week. Voting is now closed.

I'd hesitate to call World's End Press a new-ish band, new incarnation of previously not-as-good band admittedly, but they've been around for years.
Also, is the same graphic used every year?

the dudes in that ''other'' band are going to be annoyed.
They probably intend it to actionralf, though I'd consider the licensing laws were a issue bigger than just the Tote closing down.
