Solo Tour For AXXONN’s Tom Hall

It’s been more than two years since Tom Hall's last full-length solo release – and to celebrate the Brisbane experimental artist (best known for his work with AXXONN) is embarking on a national tour.

Launching new record Past Present, Below, Hall will perform nine dates over the coming month, including shows at Melbourne’s Horse Bazaar, Brisbane’s Step Inn and EMU in Adelaide. The tour will also include workshops and performances in Alice Springs and Tassie.

Out now through San Francisco label Overlap, the album is the result of two years of experimentation, and incorporates guitar, piano, organ, virbraphone, Chinese gongs, harmonia and field recordings. Read a review of it here.

A limited run of copies will be available on the tour.
