Sad news out of the UK with the passing of HTRK’s Sean Stewart. Details are sketchy at the moment, but according to a short note posted on the band’s MySpace profile he died last Thursday (March 18), aged 29. A cause of death is unconfirmed, but he reportedly took his own life.
Stewart founded HTRK (formerly Hate Rock Trio) with Jonnine Standish and Nigel Yang in Melbourne in 2003, before relocating to Berlin and later London. The band released their acclaimed debut album Marry Me Tonight in mid-2009. It was recorded by Lindsay Gravina and the late Rowland S Howard.
More details when we have them.

It's especially sad because HTRK have been starting to get some praise from the UK press. Hope they keep going with another bassist.
