Melbourne’s Pikelet and New Zealand’s Bachelorette are like two long lost twins from different sides of the Antipodes. Both make whimsical and jaw dropingly unique pop, both can perform alone with their loops or as part of fully fleshed-out bands. They’re well acquainted, of course, having toured the world together earlier this year (read about it here), and they’ll be reunited once again for two co-headline shows next week.
The pair will perform on December 12 at Spectrum in Sydney and at Melbourne’s The Toff in Town on December 13. Backed by her four-piece band, Pikelet will preview tracks from her forthcoming second album Stem, due early next year as a co-release between Chapter and Love+Mercy.

Hey, I told Annabel I'd help her find three 17'' CRT computer monitors for these shows. If I don't she will get very angry. She gets so angry. Anyone got any leads/17'' computer monitors?
Go to the Salvo's. They have them for under $5 each on Crown St in Surry Hills and probably the same in Melbourne (which everybody should presume you're talking about). Said it before and will say it forevermore though - she should just buy some and store them in someone's garage.
