You Am I, AiH Added To Splendour

Organisers of July’s Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay have dropped their second – and final – announcement. And it’s good news if you like big-name local outfits. Bad news, because it’s all sold out.

Joining the recently-added Happy Mondays and Doves at the two-day event are a smattering of local acts including Architecture in Helsinki, You Am I, Children Collide, Dappled Cities, Bridezilla, Holly Throsby, Paul Dempsey and default festival band Little Red. For skip-hop enthusiasts there’s Bluejuice and Downsyde & Drapht, while Art vs Science, Cut Copy DJs, Miami Horror and Canyons round out the indie-dance bill.

Other Australian acts confirmed for this year’s Splendour include Augie March, Midnight Juggernauts, Leader Cheetah, Jack Ladder and The Middle East. Full line-up below.
