Enduring indie battlers Gaslight Radio are currently working on a new LP.
The as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2006’s Good Heavens Mean Times is being recorded at Birdland Studios in Melbourne with engineer and longtime associate Michael Alonso. It will be released through new label Departed Sounds later this year, with a limited-edition vinyl single available from July at shows.
The band will return to the live circuit with a performance at The Tote in Melbourne on May 22 with Andrew Keese and The Associates, Khancoban and Matt Bailey (ex-Paradise Motel).

Save me a 7 inch lads.
That's bigger than a 1/2 sub!
Hope it's good. Didn't really dig the last two albums so much and the 3 times I've seen them they've either been mindblowingly great or mindnumbingly boring, no in between
i always like them live, but then i can appreciate a trainwreck from time to time. hooray for a new record!
why does the guitar player have his back to the audience?
Because he doesn't like you.
that really cuts...
...but it is pretty funny too.
