Final Acts For Boogie

The final round of acts have been announced for this weekend’s Boogie Festival in Tallarook, Victoria. And true to form, they’re as eclectic as ever.

Hillbilly pickers Ramblin Van Walker and The Celestial Railroads, faux Hawaiian duo The Ukeladies (sans Dan Kelly), blues-dance combo Gasoline Stew and The Dump and folk rockers Clinkerfield will join Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Tony Joe White and Even at Bruzzy's Farm, just over an hour from the Melbourne, over the Easter long weekend.

The festival isn’t just about music either with visual art installations and “Boogie Cabaret”, which features performances by acrobats, vaudeville singers, burlesque dancers and a genuine roller girl each night.

Limited tickets are still available for the boutique music festival, now in its third year. Tickets, which are capped at 500, are $145 and available from www.boogie.net.au.

Clinkerfield's playing so I got sent this from another band mate. An excel file with not confirmed written at the top.

Also I had to do a bit of stuffing 'round to get into M+N format

So if it turns out to be a bit wrong don't blame me.

go_boogsie_go  said about 2 years ago:

Also there's other stuff happening on other stages which isn't included here

Sunday 10:00 JIMMY STEWART

Now, that has got to be wrong.

go_boogsie_go  said about 2 years ago:

maybe they're gonna have a bed on stage so he can have a nap?

tangy_zizzle  said about 2 years ago:

Oh I wish I could make it to this.

turtle  said about 2 years ago:

how long do some of the sets go for? for example, fireside bellows at 5 then PUTA MADRE BROTHERS at 7.

go_boogsie_go  said about 2 years ago:

looks like sets go for 1 hr. The main stage acts are staggered with respect to the other stage acts which is why there are some long gaps. It was too much work to copy out the whole spreadsheet.

turtle  said about 2 years ago:

ah that makes sense, thanks..
