Police Set To Sting V

Now, a couple sniffer dogs at the gate is par for the course at a music festival these days. But punters at this weekend’s V Festival in Sydney can expect to “cop” the full brunt of the NSW police force when they arrive at Centennial Park on Saturday.
Early this morning the NSW police department released a statement urging festival-goers to “obey the law and enjoy the day safely”. But just to make sure, their V Festival operation includes: “Police from Eastern Beaches Local Area Command, the drug detection unit, licensing police, mounted police units and police trail bike units … drug detection dogs, as well as a large number of overt and covert police resources aimed at catching those taking or dealing illegal drugs.”
How in god’s name do they expect people to stay awake for Elbow and Snow Patrol?

Could of done with a Cops pun as well, just to set off an old M+N staple.
So much retardation in these policies.
Also, I got the joke. Hur hur.
Oh, I just got the joke. Gee that Jose is witty.
The police should arrest Jonny Borrell for crimes against music and dental science.
And you for crimes against music and hair?
