25 Years Of Rock Snaps

In his 25-year career, rock photographer Tony Mott has amassed 30,000 published photos appearing on 400 posters, 450 records and 800 magazine covers around the world. He has shot the likes of The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Fleetwood Mac, Beasts of Bourbon, Lucinda Williams, Nick Cave, Magic Dirt, Bjork, U2 and Madonna.

Mott will share his stories – from the vaguely interesting to the downright bizarre – at “Every Picture Tells a Story”, a talk and slide show detailing 25 years of rock’n’roll photography, at Melbourne’s Thornbury Theatre on April 1.

Tickets are $5 plus booking fee from the theatre’s website or $10 at the door subject to availability.
