If a sold-out Corner Hotel launch and a ‘hit’ sophomore record wasn’t enough, Eddy Current Suppression Ring will support DEVO - that’s right, DEVO - on the Melbourne and Sydney legs of their first Australian tour in 10 years.
The garage-rock four-piece will play first on a three-band bill, which also includes Brisbane’s Regurgitator, in Melbourne at Festival Hall on July 31 and in Sydney at the Hordern Pavilion on July 31.
Eddy Current will launch their second LP, Primary Colours, on May 31 at the Corner, June 6 at Brisbane’s Step Inn, June 7 at Sydney’s Hopetoun Hotel, June 20 at Perth’s Amplifier Bar and June 21 at the Norfolk Basement in Fremantle.
