On the cover of his “super limited” 7” Aminals, you’ll find weeping dogs, sniffling kitties, humans with horse heads riding horses and, of course, keytars.
Aminals, which features a cover of 2 Live Crews’ We Want Some Pussy, is a teaser for Spod’s forthcoming new album out through Rice is Nice sometime in the near future.
To celebrate the launch of Aminals, Spod is heading up the east coast for a “microtour”. He’ll be joined by synthesiser-ist Seja Vogel (Regurgitator, Sekiden), with the Tuckers Bs -- or at least most of them -- forming his back-up band for the Sydney show.
