Pivot Ready Album #3
After a five-week European tour and a recent appearance at Brian Eno's Luminous festival at the Opera House in Sydney, Pivot are currently holed up in BJB Studios in Sydney where they're readying album number three. The as-yet untitled "opus" is being recorded and mixed by Burke Reid (The Drones, Mess Hall, Jack Ladder) and produced by the brothers Pike (Laurence and Richard) and Dave Miller. Pivot will return to Europe and the UK in August for festival appearances, but the band assures us that new music will emerge before the year's end.

i thought their last album was their ''number two''.
poor mess+noise.
album number three, perhaps?
good news however, the first couple of records have been killer.
new song at the show the other week was good.
fuck, you cats are quick. it's album number two for Warp Records, hence the confusion.
Pivot = awesome.
